The more valuable the product, the more profit you'll make. You can earn up to 80% of the product's resale price. Over 80% of products are sold within a 6-month sales period.

The more valuable the product, the better the return you get. Check the table for the revenue we pay you for sold items. A publication fee is charged for items released for sale per product. The publication fee for adult products is €1, and for children's products, it's €0.50.
You can estimate the sales revenue from the product using the calculator. However, please note that the product's sales duration and possible discounts can lower the product's sale price.
The best return is achieved when you choose the Emmy gift card as your method of sales revenue payout. We offer a 20% bonus for sales revenues paid to the Emmy gift card: thus, for €100 in sales revenues, we credit €120 to your Emmy gift card. For our partners' gift cards, we pay an additional 10% bonus.

Our knowledgeable staff reviews and prices the products. The product's price is influenced by its brand, material, condition, age, and demand. We also take into account the prices at which similar products have been sold in our online store previously.
High-quality and well-maintained products have a better resale value than neglected ones. To get the best return from your sale batch, follow these steps:
- Send only intact and well-maintained branded products
- Remove stains
- Wash clothes, clean shoes and bags
- Empty the pockets
- Check the buttons, snaps, zippers, and buckles
- Go over the sleeve ends, pant legs, collars, and underarms
- Fold and pack neatly and tightly for transportation
Especially for products in a lower price range, such as children's clothes, it's beneficial to make sets to boost sales. You can facilitate the creation of sets by packing matching products into sets in advance.
You can deliver your sale batch to Emmy in four different ways: via the Emmy box, Posti, Matkahuolto, or Budbee. Packing instructions depend on the method you use to deliver the products to Emmy.
- Emmy's Sale Box: Use reusable bags or thicker, durable plastic bags. The size of one package should not exceed 60 x 30 cm.
- Posti Locker: Use a durable bag or cardboard box. The size of one package should not exceed 59 x 36 x 60 cm (XL compartment).
- Posti Service Point: The size of one package should not exceed 100 x 60 x 60 cm, and the weight should be up to 35 kg. You can also deliver your package from a Posti service point using Emmy's customer return code.
- Matkahuolto: Use a durable bag or cardboard box. The size of one package should not exceed 70 x 40 x 55 cm, and the weight should be up to 30 kg.
- Emmy Home Pickup (Budbee): Use a durable cardboard box. The size of one package should not exceed 80 x 60 x 50 cm, and the weight should be up to 20 kg. The driver cannot accept larger boxes.

Pack the products either in a reusable bag or cardboard box, depending on the delivery method. Rule of thumb: use reusable bags for the Emmy sales box and cardboard boxes for Posti, Matkahuolto, or home pickup.

Product-specific instructions:
- Clothes: Roll them so they don't wrinkle during transport.
- Sunglasses: Place them in their own cases and protect them well. Include the original purchase receipt or authenticity certificate if available.
- Shoes: Either separate from other products or put them in a bag, after which you can put them in the same package with other products.
- Bags: Pack in their own dust bags. Include the original purchase receipt or authenticity certificate if available.
- Reception of the Sales Batch
You will receive an email notification when we have received your items. Your sales batch will be processed within an average of two weeks after receiving it.

Emmy's expert staff will inspect, price, photograph, and create a sales listing on your behalf.
- Product Publication
Emmy publishes new products every Monday and Thursday. You will receive a notification via email when your product has been published on Emmy.fi.
- Sales Monitoring and Profit Settlement
The sales period for products is 6 months, and you can track sales through your own account. Sales proceeds are paid to you once a month, always at the end of the month following the sales day. For instance, sales made in January will be paid out at the end of February.

You will receive a notification for every payout via email, and you can monitor your sales in real-time through your Emmy account.
If the accrued profit is less than €10, it will be carried over as a starting balance for the next month. All profits will be paid out at the latest when the sales period for all of your products has ended.
We will send the products back to you for a delivery fee, or you can choose to donate the products to charity. Please indicate your choice on the sales dispatch note.
