You can exchange or return products ordered from Emmy within 14 days of receiving your order. The right of exchange and return applies to both used and newly purchased products from Emmy (eg. Outlet products).
Exchange is free of charge, for a refund we charge a return shipping cost of € 6.90 / refund.
Exchange and return are easy – however, first read these instructions carefully. Start by filling out the returns form and follow the instructions how to ship the return to us.
Please note that not picking-up your order is not considered as a return and we will deduct an additional fee of € 19 of each not picked-up order.
Because almost all of the products sold at Emmy are single pieces, it is not possible to change the product to another size or color, for example. However, you can return the product and choose a refund as Emmy gift card and use the gift card to purchase another product to replace it. Exchange is free.
Note! If the delivery of the order was free of charge, but after the exchange the total amount of the original order is below the free delivery cost limit, we will deduct the delivery costs of the order from the returned amount (€ 6.90).
Refund as original payment method of the order, return delivery cost € 6.90 / return will be deducted from the return amount.

Exchanges and returns will be processed within 1–5 business days of the arrival.
The original purchase price of the exchangeable product will be credited as Emmy gift card, which will be sent to you by email immediately after processing.
The original purchase price of products paid for with a credit card and PayPal will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal immediately after processing.
Refunds for purchases made with online payments (including MobilePay) will be processed every two weeks, in odd-numbered weeks.
If you have paid your order with a Walley invoice and return the products: Pay the full amount of the invoice by the due date. Once your refund has been processed, Walley will refund the amount to you.
Once you have filled the return form and packed the products, please submit your package to us by selecting from the options below.
1. Posti's parcel machine or office with Helposti code If your original order was delivered via Posti, You can return using Posti's Helposti code and leave the return in to Posti's parcel machine or office. Get your Heposti code for the return package from Posti's site using the tracking code of the original order (starts with JJFI): Get your Helposti code.

4. Budbee picks up the return from home If the original order was delivered through Budbee, you can order Budbee to pick up the return.
Order a return for your package via the text message link you received or by using the Budbee phone application. Choose a pick-up time and tell whether you will hand over the package in person or leave it at the door (if this can be done safely). You don't need to print a return label, the Budbee driver always has it ready with him when he picks up the package.
5. To the Budbee Box parcel machine If the original order was delivered through Budbee, you can return the products through the Budbee Box parcel machine.
Order a return for your package via the text message link you received or by using the Budbee phone application. Select and reserve an available Budbee Box. You will receive a personal code that you can use to open the BudbeeBox for the products to be returned. You will receive a PIN code from Budbee, after which you have two hours to take the package. Didn't you have time? Don't worry; you can choose a new return time for the Box return from the application or from the SMS-link. You don't need to print a return label, the Budbee driver always has it ready with him when he picks up a package from the Budbee Box.
6. Bring to Emmy's office The address is Hemmolankatu 19, 08150 Lohja. Hall A, entrance from door number 22 (Talliosake premises). Tel. 050 467 8628. We are open on weekdays 9 am – 3 pm. NOTE! When using Google Maps, type Emmy Clothing Company in the search box instead of the address.
When you choose the refund as Emmy gift card, the return is free.
Orders delivered to Estonia can be returned to Omniva's parcel terminal. Orders from other EU countries will be returned via the GLS shipping company so that Emmy's customer service will arrange pickup for your shipment. Fill out the return form first. Returns will incur a return shipping cost of € 6.90 / return. The fee covers the delivery costs of the return.
If the delivery of your original order was free, but after the return, the total amount of the order is below the free shipping cost limit valid at the time of ordering we will also deduct the delivery costs of the order (€ 6.90) from the refundable amount.
For orders delivered to EU countries other than Finland or Estonia, the delivery cost of the return is equal to the original delivery cost.
Check the products you have ordered within 14 days of receiving the order. If the product you ordered is faulty, does not match the stated size or other product information, you can return the product to us free of charge. We will refund the price of the product to the payment method used to order. Also fill in the return form for complaints and sent the product to us in accordance with the return instructions without delay. According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. For returns, we charge a return shipping cost of € 6.90 / return from Finald and Estonia. When returning from other EU countries, we will charge a delivery cost equal to the delivery cost of the original order.
If only part of the order is returned and after the return the total amount of the original order is less than 89 euros (or other delivery free limit valid at the time of the order), we will also deduct € 6.90 from the order to be returned. If you have already paid for the delivery costs, the delivery costs for the order will not be charged again.
Returns are free of charge if the return involves a complaint and the return is due to a fault in the product or delivery, eg a faulty or incorrect product, an error in size marking or condition classification.
Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days of their arrival by us. Refunds for orders paid by credit card and Paypal will be refunded to you immediately after processing. Refunds for purchases made with online payments (including MobilePay) will be made every two weeks (even week numbers). If the purchase has been paid for with an Emmy gift card, the refund amount will be refunded primarily to the balance of the gift card on which the purchase was made.
If you wish, you can also receive your refund amount as an Emmy gift card. A gift card will be sent to your email as soon as the return has been processed.
