The circular economy accelerates as two circular economy operators, Emmy and Inrego, start a collaboration. The goal is to make used goods a real means of payment and to unlock the capital sleeping in closets. For the first time in Finland, a used product can be used as payment for acquiring another used product.

1. Modern-day bartering

Through this collaboration, our customers can, for the first time, exchange clothes they no longer need for used and refurbished electronics. In practice, customers send their unneeded clothes to Emmy for sale and exchange the sales proceeds for a gift card to Inrego’s online store.

2. Sales proceeds to an Inrego gift card with a 10% bonus

Exchange the branded clothing items sleeping in your wardrobe for Inrego’s used and refurbished electronics. Choose to have your sales proceeds from Emmy paid out as an Inrego gift card, which can be used as payment in Inrego’s online store. A 10% bonus is added to the Inrego gift card. If you are already an Emmy seller and want to change your current payout method to an Inrego gift card, you can easily do so on your customer page under "Sales tracking".

3. Send your sales batch to Emmy for free

Fill out the sales dispatch form with the campaign code INREGOXEMMY by June 23rd, and you will get free shipping for your sales batch to Emmy (normally €6.90).

What is worth sending for sale right now?

Sort out good-condition and up-to-date branded clothing items you no longer need from your closet and send them to Emmy for sale. You can include any women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, accessories, and shoes listed on Emmy’s brand list in your sales batch. The batch doesn’t have to be large – for example, 5 good-condition and seasonal clothing items are enough!

How to sell your branded products on Emmy

Selling on Emmy is easy and effortless. However, please carefully read our instructions before sending your sales batch.

• Select the items you want to sell and make sure they are brands accepted by Emmy. If you’re unsure, check the brand list for compatibility.
• Pack your items carefully according to the clothing and packing instructions.
• Fill out the sales dispatch form.
• Enter the campaign code INREGOXEMMY on the form.
• If you want home pickup for your batch, select “home pickup” as the delivery method on the form.
• Send your sales batch to Emmy using your chosen delivery method.
• Write the EMMY identifier you received by email on the package and include your seller number on a slip of paper inside the package.
• Wait for your sales proceeds. You can keep the proceeds yourself or donate them to charity if you wish. When you choose to receive your proceeds as an Inrego gift card, you get a 10% bonus.
