Full Service – Seasonal Listing: Service-Specific Terms and Conditions

By selecting Full Service – Seasonal Listing, I agree to the following service-specific terms and conditions:

• Emmy may schedule the listing of my products for a later date based on seasonal demand and market conditions.
• The sales period is up to six (6) months from the date the product is listed.
• My products may remain in Emmy's possession for up to nine (9) months from the date they are received, and up to twelve (12) months for summer clothing.
• During the sales period, Emmy reserves the right to adjust product prices, apply discounts, and include products in promotional campaigns based on market demand.
• In all other respects, Emmy's current Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
