Order cancellation instructions
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your entire online store order within 14 days of placing the order. You can also notify us of the cancellation before you have received the products you ordered.
If you want to cancel an online store order, you must notify Emmy of this with a cancellation notice. Simply not picking up the order from the post office is not enough. Please note that you cannot cancel only part of the order, but must cancel it in its entirety.
If you cancel an order that has already been delivered, you are responsible for the return costs of the order (€6.90 / order within Finland and €12,90 from another EU country).
If you cancel an order before it has been delivered, we do not charge a return cost.
Please deliver the canceled order to the carrier within 14 days of receiving the order.

- Go to register a order cancellation notice here.
- First, fill in your email address and order number.
- Select a refund for your payment method or Emmy money.
- Review and confirm the cancellation information.
- Please deliver the canceled order to us as soon as possible.
