Emmy Home Pickup

The easiest way to send your items for sale to Emmy!

Selling used clothes couldn't be easier – just choose and pack the clothes you want to sell and fill out the sales dispatch form, and we will pick up your sales batch from your doorstep! You can relax and wait for your sales proceeds. 

This is how Emmy Home Pickup works: 

• Fill out the sales dispatch form. NOTE! Remember to indicate the number of packages.
  
• Carefully pack your items for sale in a cardboard box.
  
• Budbee will notify you of the pickup day and time via the app or email.

The service is available in certain postal code areas

• The dispatch form offers home pickup only if it is available in the postal code area you provide.
• Pickups are carried out on weekday evenings between 16:00 and 22:30.

Terms of Use for Emmy Home Pickup: 

• Home pickup is only for transporting branded clothes, bags, and accessories intended for sale.
  
• Fill out the sales dispatch form and select Home Pickup as the delivery method. Read through Emmy's sales terms.
  
• The price for home pickup is €6.90 per package. The cost of home pickup will be deducted from your first sales payout.
  
• Items must be packed in a well-sealed and durable cardboard box.
  
• The maximum dimensions for one package are 80 x 60 x 50 cm and the maximum weight is 20 kg. The driver cannot accept larger packages.
  
• Emmy provides the Home Pickup service in cooperation with the Budbee transport company. Emmy may provide the customer's contact information to Budbee for the purpose of carrying out the home pickup.
  
• Emmy Home Pickup is available on weekdays from 16:00 to 22:30 in certain postal code areas.
  
• Emmy may charge the customer for costs incurred due to incorrect packing or a failed pickup attempt caused by the customer, such as not cancelling or other reasons: €6.90 per pickup attempt and €31.00 per oversized package.
  
• Please make sure your package is ready and waiting for the driver at the agreed time.
