All products sold by Emmy have been checked by hand.

★★★★★ New: The product is new and has the product and price tags attached.

★★★★★ Like new: The product is in new condition, but the product and price tags have been removed. No signs of use. The product may be labeled.

★★★★ Good: The product is used but in good condition. There are no stains, significant wear from washing, or other major signs of wear. The product may be labeled.

★★★ Serviceable: The product is used. The product may show signs of wear from washing, normal wear and tear, or minor stains. Factors affecting the condition are mentioned in the additional information field for the product. The product may be labeled.

We do not accept products for sale that have even a small hole, a broken seam, a yellowed collar, or a similar defect. We accept clothing in usable condition for sale at our discretion and only from brands that we know will sell even in usable condition.
