Password-free login

No more forgotten passwords—just fast, secure sign-in.

• You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email to log in securely.
• Use the same email your Emmy account was originally created with.
• All your account details, including order history, are now visible in the new store.

Emmy Credit – a flexible new way to pay

Emmy Credit works like a digital gift card or store credit. You may receive it from returns or sales payouts and use it at checkout in our store.

• Balances from past “Emmy gift cards” have been converted to Emmy Credit.
• You’ll find your balance on your Emmy account under Account details.

Why is Emmy Credit better than gift cards?

• No more lost gift card codes
• Always-up-to-date balance on your Emmy account
• Use it directly at checkout

Emmy Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued, and the oldest balance is used first.

Going forward, if your payout method was Emmy gift card, you’ll receive your sales payouts as Emmy Credit—with a +20% bonus. Alternatively, you can choose a bank transfer, one of Emmy’s partner gift cards (+10%), or donate your proceeds to charity.

For sellers: the updated Seller Portal

Tracking your sales is now clearer, faster, and more modern.
Sales shipments (dispatch notes) are now always created after logging in to the Seller Portal.

Please note:

• Wishlists (Favorites) unfortunately do not carry over to the new store.
• Saved searches/alerts will be launched in the next phase.
• Purchased gift cards continue to work as before—you’ll find them in your email.
